TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the creation of a project development company with Åke Sundvall

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in the creation of a project development company with Åke Sundvall regarding the development and sale of 160 residential units and townhouses in Barkarbystaden, a suburb to Stockholm. Construction is expected to start in late 2021 with an expected completion date in 2024. For more information regarding the transaction, please see press release press release.
