TM & Partners legal advisor to Alliance Marine SAS in connection with the acquisition of Jan Comstedt AB

TM & Partners has advised Alliance Marine SAS in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Jan Comstedt AB. Comstedt was founded in 1983 and is a distributor of marine and sport fishing equipment to dealers in Sweden. The company is currently in the process of expanding to the Norwegian and Finnish markets. The acquisition is a part of the Alliance Marine group’s ongoing expansion into the Scandinavian marine market.
