TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro in connection with a swap deal with Westerlinds in Härnösand

TM & Partners has assisted Arwidsro Fastighets AB in connection with a swap deal with Westerlinds in Härnösand. The swap deal includes that Westerlinds acquires the property Köpmannen 10 in the center of Härnösand from Arwidsro. Arwidsro in turn acquires the property Fyrvaktaren 19 in Härnösand from Westerlinds, on which Westerlinds recently signed a new lease with the tenant Kustbevakningen with an initial lease term of 15 years and with a total area of ​​approximately 1,745 sqm. The acquisition of Fyrvaktaren 19 corresponds to an agreed property value of SEK 89.5 million.
