TM & Partners has advised Smart High Tech in connection with placement of shares through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure

TM & Partners has advised SHT Smart High-Tech AB in connection with a placing of newly issued and existing shares through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure lead by Pareto Securities. Shares for a total of SEK 140 million were placed in the offering, raising proceeds of approximately SEK 110 million to Smart High Tech through the new share issue. The offering was significantly oversubscribed.

Through its patented product GT-TIM®, SHT Smart High Tech has developed a graphene-reinforced and polymer-based Thermal Interface Material, TIM, for cooling electronics, power modules, LEDs and other heat-sensitive and heat-intensive products.
