TM & Partners has advised CombinedX AB (publ) and its subsidiary Elvenite AB in connection with the acquisition of ERPkonsult AS, a Norwegian consulting firm specialised in implementation and management of the Infor M3 ERP system serving large clients in Norway.

The acquisition strengthens Elvenite’s position as the leading specialist within Infor M3 and related BI and AI services in the Nordics, which is in line with CombinedX (publ) growth strategy to build specialist companies with market leading positions.
