TM & Partners has assisted Vendus in the acquisition of two retail properties

TM & Partners has assisted Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in two separate acquisitions of retail properties located in Lomma and Grebbestad. The properties have market-leading grocery vendor ICA and the beverage retailer Systembolaget as principal tenants and the aggregate property value for the two transactions amounts to approximately MSEK 160.

Following these transactions, Vendus’ underlying property value amounts to approximately MSEK 3,500. The company has a stated objective of reaching an aggregate underlying property value of MSEK 6,000–8,000 within three years.
