TM & Partners has assisted Europa Capital and Mitsubishi Estate London in connection with the sale of the office property Fyrkanten 11 at Sveavägen 32–36 in central Stockholm.

The property comprises approximately 7,000 square meters of modern office space across 10 floors. The property was acquired vacant in 2021 and has since undergone an extensive renovation. The building is now fully leased, with United Spaces (formerly Ioffice) as anchor tenant. The property holds BREEAM “Excellent” and WiredScore “Platinum” certifications and is strategically located adjacent to the Hötorget metro station in Stockholm’s central business district.
