We have assisted Peab in the sale of 116 apartments in Partille to Lansa Fastigheter

TM & Partners has advised Peab on the sale of 116 apartments in Partille to Lansa Fastigheter. The acquisition includes buildings 3 and 4 in the ongoing phase Kronan in Partille Port. In March 2025, Peab sold 221 apartments to Lansa in the same block. The buildings will be certified under Miljöbyggnad Silver and equipped with solar panels to contribute to low energy consumption and reduced climate impact.
