TM & Partners legal advisor to Teqnion AB in connection with directed issue

Teqnion AB (”Teqnion”) has completed a directed issue of shares to Phoenician Capital (USA), Braddock Partners (advisor, Akre Capital Management) (USA), Woodlock House Family Capital/Chris Mayer (USA), Spiltan Invest (Sweden), REQ Capital (Norway) and Axxion S.A on behalf of P&R Real Value (UK). Through the share issue, Teqnion receives proceeds of approximately SEK 175 million.

TM & Partners and Milbank LLP acted as legal advisors to Teqnion in connection with the directed issue.
