Törngren Magnell has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) in connection with its offering of senior unsecured and guaranteed notes of SEK 600 million. The notes have a duration of 18 months and a floating interest rate of STIBOR 3M + 6,25 %. The notes are planned to be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange or any other regulated market.
