Accent Equity 2012 acquires forestry machine manufacturer Eco Log Sweden AB

Törngren Magnell has assisted the shareholders in Eco Log Swede AB in connection with the sale of the company to Accent Equity 2012.

Eco Log Sweden AB develops, manufactures and sells forestry machines for the cut-to-length method (CTL). The Company’s product portfolio today consists of nine different forwarders and harvesters and the Company has a strong position on several of the world’s largest markets for CTL-forestry. The export volume corresponds to approximately to 60% of net sales and the aggregate turnover of the Company in 2016 is equal to MSEK 400.
