Törngren Magnell has advised Ripasso Energy AB (publ) with a convertible bond issue of MSEK 25.1 which was subscribed to 153 % and a share issue of MSEK 91.7 which was subscribed to 121%. Ripasso Energy AB (publ) is listed on NGM Nordic MTF.
