TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in concluding a letter of intent for a unique urban development project in Skeppsbron, next to the Göta Canal in central Gotherburg

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in concluding a letter of intent with AF Gruppen according to which the parties shall carry out a unique urban development project in Skeppsbron, next to the Göta Canal in central Gothenburg. OBOS will create a joint venture company with AF Gruppen and together carry out the development of Skeppsbron, which comprises around 125 condominium apartments.
