TM & Partners legal advisor in connection with the sale of Boxnet AB
TM & Partners has advised the shareholders of Boxnet AB in the sale of the company to the Nordic group Confirma Software. Boxnet is a Stockholm-based company which develops web-based POS-systems for retail stores and chains. The systems allow the users to integrate the POS-system with store inventory, customer information and accounting through both hardware and software.
