TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in concluding a letter of intent for a unique urban development project in Skeppsbron, next to the Göta Canal in central Gotherburg

TM & Partners has assisted OBOS in concluding a letter of intent with AF Gruppen according to which the parties shall carry out a unique urban development project in Skeppsbron, next to the Göta Canal in central Gothenburg. OBOS will create a joint venture company with AF Gruppen and together carry out the development of Skeppsbron, which comprises around 125 condominium apartments. Construction is expected to start in 2025. For more information regarding the transaction, please see press release.
