TM & Partners legal advisor to Ehandel in connection with an investment in Easy Peasy Insurance

TM & Partners has advised LRF Media’s subsidiary EHANDELSE AB in connection with an investment in the insurance company Easy Peasy Insurance, which offers insurance services for e-commerce businesses through a solution called “Embedded E-commerce Insurance”. The investment involves a subscription of newly issued shares in Easy Peasy, giving Ehandel an ownership of approximately 17 per cent. For further information, please see press release.
