Törngren Magnell har biträtt Brookfield Business Partners vid 4,6 miljarder USD förvärv av Westinghouse Electric Company

Törngren Magnell har agerat svenskt ombud åt Brookfield Business Partners LP, ett industriföretag noterat på New Yorks och Torontos börser som fokuserar på att äga och driva högkvalitativa bolag och tillhandahålla företagstjänster, i samband med dess förvärv av Westinghouse Electric Company LLC från Toshiba Corporation för 4,6 miljarder USD. Westinghouse är en världsledande leverantör av produkter och tjänster till kärnkraftsindustrin. Transaktionen slutfördes 1 augusti 2018 efter erhållandet av myndighetsgodkännanden.

Törngren Magnells team bestod av Martin Rosell (ansvarig delägare), Niclas Högström, Vaiva Eriksson, Lisa Ericsson och Sofia Lindh.
