TM & Partners has assisted Mitsubishi Estate London, Europa Capital and their local partner NCAP in connection with letting of office premises of approximately 5,700 sqm in the property Fyrkanten 11 at Sveavägen 32-36 in Stockholm CBD, to the tenant Ioffice.

Ioffice is a company that offers office and conference facilities and thus intends to sublease the office space to various actors. The lease agreement between the parties has been entered into for an initial period of ten years with planned commencement during the summer 2024.

In connection with the project, TM & Partners has assisted the property owner in the drafting and negotiations regarding the agreements for the implementation and the letting to Ioffice.
