TM & Partners has assisted PEAB in connection with a sale to Vatne Property AS

TM & Partners has assisted Peab in connection with a sale of a residential portfolio with an underlying property value of MSEK 280 and commercial premises with an underlying property value of MSEK 40 in Borås to Vatne Property AS.

The residential project has a total area of 6,472 sq. m. and will obtain environmental certification Silver. For more information, please see press release.
