We have assisted Nordr in a sale of a residential property

We have assisted Nordr in a sale of a residential property in Veddesta to Reliwe.

The purpose of the transaction is to add approximately 300 rental apartments in the area, which today mainly consists of co-operative apartments. Construction is planned to commence in the beginning of 2024.
