TM & Partners has assisted Endúr ASA in the acquisition of Marcon-Gruppen i Sverige AB

TM & Partners has acted as Swedish legal counsel to Endúr ASA in connection with the acquisition of Marcon-Gruppen i Sverige AB for a purchase price of SEK 400 million. Marcon-Gruppen i Sverige AB is a market leader within marine infrastructure in Sweden and performs a range of services connected to marine infrastructure construction and marine services, including hydrographical services, dredging, rentals, inspections and diving. Endúr ASA is a Norwegian industrial group and a well-established supplier of products and services related to maritime services, energy and aquaculture.
