Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX in connection with its rights issue

Törngren Magnell has advised SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) with a MSEK 80.6 rights issue. SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) is a Swedish company with a patented technology for storing energy in salt which can later be extracted in the form of heat or cold. The technology enables energy savings resulting in reduced costs and reduced pollutant emissions. The technology also enables an increased and more flexible use of energy from renewable sources where the challenge previously has been the storage.

The rights issue was carried out to be able to utilize the current state of the market for large scale energy storage and to be able to focus on EnerStore. SaltX Technology Holding AB (publ) is listed in Nasdaq First North Premier.
